Add a passkey
A passkey lets you sign in with Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware security key instead of typing a password. It is tied to the site it was made for, so it cannot be phished by a look-alike page, and there is nothing to reuse elsewhere. On Tapixy, add one in Settings → Security; you will confirm your password once, then use the passkey button on the login page.
Confirm a recovery email
Use a second inbox that you control and that is not shared with a manager or brand partner. Tapixy only saves a recovery email after you enter the six-digit code sent to it, and password reset links can go to it if you lose access to your main inbox.
Read the alerts you get
Security alerts are sent when your password, recovery email, or passkeys change, and when your account signs in from a browser it has not used before. If an alert describes something you did not do, reset your password right away and remove any passkey you do not recognize. Treat unexpected alerts as urgent, even if nothing else looks wrong.
